Occupational Health assessments

The primary aim of Recovery Hub is to help people with chronic mental health issues (which are well controlled and stable) to :

  1. Be supported with taking up new employment including suitable adjustments/ support with interviews etc- and also encouraging and supporting employers with appropriate occupational health advice and guidance where necessary – this needs active engagement from the HR departments of such organisations .
  2. Those absent from work, but still in employment( ie short-term or long term sickness absence) to rehabilitate back into the workplace – also known as vocational rehabilitation.

To be eligible for this service, a person should have a mental health illness, be stable in their mental state with medication, should be keen on starting or returning to employment.
